Technical Councils are under the umbrella of CRRA which supports the Councils organizationally and financially. Technical Councils are groups of members that concentrate on a particular topic or interest providing technical assistance, policy commentary, networking opportunities, and other services to CRRA and its members. CRRA members can join any three free of charge.
