We were Looking for a New Floor!
True Story
PROBLEM:
- Our 30-year-old wood floor in our kitchen had stains and was warping a bit near the dishwasher
- Our 5-year-old carpet in the adjacent great room had stains that were hard to remove
- My 91-year-old mom was staying with us and it was hard for her to use her walker on the carpet
CHALLENGE:
- I requested a diagonal lay to follow the line of the staircase. That was not the only angle. I have a corner fireplace, bay windows in both the dining area & kitchen... YIKES!
- We had some pretty BIG furniture pieces that would have been difficult to move
SOLUTION:
- Replace it all with new, water-proof, state-of-the-art flooring from United Flooring
- They did an AWESOME job dealing with the angles
- They moved the big case pieces as they installed
