NeuroMuscular Work
- When blood flow is constricted to the brain, one symptom is brain fog.
- The brain uses about 20% of the bodies energy and receives about 15% of the heart's blood flow meaning there is not a lot of reserve if blood flow is restricted.
- Contracted muscles can restrict directly and pull bones to constrict blood flow.
- Neuromuscular therapists work with the muscles to release these constrictions and those in other parts of the body also.

CranioSacral
Help with brain fog by:
- Removes: Blockages in the craniosacral system
- Realigns: Misalignments in the craniosacral system
Small misalignments in bones in your skull or neck can be the underlying cause of brain fog. Like wise blockages, particularly in the cerebrospinal fluid that protects the spinal cord and brain within the skull may be experienced as brain fog.
Craniosacral therapy helps realign the bones and remove blockages allowing you to feel the brain fog sensations and feelings of confusion dissipate mental clarity return.
Usually 3 to 10 sessions
You may also find other areas of your health and wellness improving.

Hyperbaric Chamber
- Pressure increases the level of oxygen pushed to injured tissue which speeds healing.
- Benefit is cumulative from multiple sessions- Plan for a minimum of 40 sessions (1 - 2 hours each)
- Daily or twice daily.
- Generally get other pieces in place then add the Hyperbaric Chamber.
- It is reported to produce results even years after an injury.
- This speeds injury recovery like physical damage

Red Laser
- Applies frequencies to targeted body locations to speed healing.
- Frequencies are unique (change) by issue & location
- Often used synergistically with other protocols.
Cereset Brain Balancing
- The brain "talks" in electrical currents and wave frequencies.
- Cereset "talks" the brains language, mirroring back to the brain how it is working using audible (sound) waves. The brain can better see itself working and improve both performance and healing.
- Repeating and stuck patterns often underlie brain fog. Cereset can help your brain release the stuck ones and build new patterns of thinking.
Healing recent and past injuries
minimizes their future impact.

We do not prescribe or suggest changing any medicines, herbs and/or supplements prescribed by others. We do expect clients closely monitor with your prescriber all prescriptions during and for at least 6 months following your work at HOPE and adjust them appropriately. Symptomatic changes and diagnostic changes do not necessarily occur in unison and either can precede the other. Both may be observed following sessions. Work with your prescriber and track it.
Should you want to reduce/ eliminate the use of medications or supplements. Especially when that needs to be a stepped process, we have several tools that help.
