Brain Wellness Coach We Are Looking For?

HOPE Wellness Institute (HWI)

is a Holistic / Alternative Medical Clinic providing a variety of Complimentary Therapies.

We believe there is no single right therapy for everyone,

so we have brought together multiple powerful therapies and a team of therapists to help clients reclaim their life. At HWI, we treat the whole person, not just the presenting symptom.

Our clinic is bifurcated, with one half devoted to soft tissue and other body-based therapies, while the other half is dedicated to brain health using Cereset neuromodulation technology.

Our clientele is diverse, and while we work with all types of people, from newborns to centurions, our focus is on improving the lives of Veterans, First Responders, and Burned-Out

Professionals.

We are looking for an outgoing, confident, and caring professional to be our Brain Wellness / Cereset Tech Coach and provider for this cutting-edge Brain program. This person would be passionate about working with people and helping them improve their lives. This program has the ability to help people with Brain Injury, brain problems from birth, stroke victims or PTSD, autism, ADHD, or just the person who has dealt with the daily dramas and traumas of life and would like to function better.

As a tech coach, you must be able to walk between the world of technology and coaching comfortably. As a tech, you will be applying EEG-type sensors to the scalp gently and precisely, and you will observe and interpret the computerized data to plan the future steps needed. As a coach, you must be equally adept at coaching the client according to the specific coaching guidelines about their experiences, goals, progress, and outcomes throughout the process to help guide them to their desired best results. The ability to work and move quietly is a must and causes as little disruption to the client in a resting state as possible when moving sensors.

This person must have belief and passion for our work in Holistic and Alternative Health and, ideally, would have prior experience in the medical field or a working knowledge of anatomy. Medical, computer, math, science, and music background are a plus. You must be able to work in a very fluid environment to provide top-of-the-line care for each client.  Veterans preferred.

If you are able to see possibility when it appears there is none, anticipate needs or potential problems before they happen, and have a passion for learning and improving the lives of others, you might be the right fit for our team.

Our ideal Cereset Tech / Coach will need to jump in with both feet to learn the Cereset program and how to administer the program to clients while learning who we are, what we do, and understand how our various therapies work together which makes Hope Wellness Institute one of the premier Holistic Clinics in Northern California. We continuously strive to improve and will rely on this person to assist us in advancing to the next level. At Cereset Fair Oaks and HWI, we work as a team dedicated to serving our clients and having fun in the process.

To ensure the smooth running of the clinic's administration (for patients and practitioners) and excellent delivery of service on a day-to-day basis, simultaneously providing ongoing support to all team members. This role also calls for superior communication skills to effectively grow and maintain relationships with the team, our clients, medical professionals, and referrers.

We are looking for a part-time to full-time person; hours initially will be in the 9-5 range; once you are a certified Tech Coach, there will be an opportunity to provide client care for people before and after their work. Weekend shifts are also a possibility. As we grow, there will be a wider variety of shift possibilities. There will be an occasional evening or weekend required for special events.

To be effective in this position, you will need to complete the Cereset training program and be able to operate the Cereset hardware and software components. This training will be online and in person in the office.
